Family winery & farm in the Bordeaux countryside, part of Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux wine region. Carsin has 18 hectares of organic vineyards, plenty of fruit trees and farm animals.

At Carsin, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and high-quality handmade wines. We make dry whites, reds, rosé, sweet wine, non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice, barrel aged balsamic vinegar and confitures.

All from our own organic grapes & fruit. Our Carsin Cottage is a cozy farmhouse that can sleep up to 6 people.
