PARADISE RESCUED

Paradise Rescued Winery is an organically certified micro winery in the village of Cardan, Bordeaux. Paradise Rescued was founded in 2010 with a mission to protect the heritage of our beautiful village of Cardan, France, sustain its rural community and to hand produce high quality Organic Wines.

With one hectare of vineyard, Paradise Rescued is a Bordeaux pioneer leader in both organic viticulture and the production of varietal Cabernet Franc wines under its B1ockOne brand. Following the recovery of our “old vine” Merlot block in 2011, the BlockTwo Merlot CabFranc label was created and full varietal Block3 Merlot is due for release in early 2024.
