Domaine La Sarabande - Organic, Ecologic And Off-Grid à Cabrerolles

WELCOME TO DOMAINE LA SARABANDE - Organic, Off-Grid and Ecologic Domaine La Sarabande was born because we both wanted to create wines that we felt passionate about. Just over 15 years ago we came to France in search of vineyards that would allow us to follow our dream. After much searching, we eventually found the Faugéres appellation that fulfilled everything that we were looking for. Initially renting vineyards and a house with a cellar, we have over time bought a number of parcels of land. In 2020 we started building the first completely off-grid winery in the south of France - powered by solar, water from a well and all waste water is distributed through reed bed filtration system. Ecologic and 100% Organic winery and wines!
