Le Garagiste Series - Always good, "Toujours Bien". Our aim is to produce SMALL CUVEES of unique BOUTIQUE WINE with a beautiful bouquet, good acidity, well balanced, with a soft velvety finish.

You'll discover a fresh dynamising energy of pure fruit inside every bottle. We use less sulphur in our wines and utilise several different aged barrels from 1 to 5year barrels to mature our wine in.

This gentle approach encourages our wines to be soft and delicious, with fine, silky tannins on the finish. Small parcels of the vineyard are handpicked separately to create the individual cuves.

Various methods of fermentations are used encourage colour from the grape skins and aroma from the juice of the grapes.
