Domaine Antoine Olivier à Santenay

Founded at the end of the sixties, Domaine Olivier originates in the few vineyards left by Antoine Chevalier Moreau to his grandson Hervé. By purchasing plots and new plantations, the estate first stretched out on Santenay then on Savigny-les-Beaune and Pommard. During the development of their activity, the Oliviers endeavoured to exploit old soils, historically renowned for the production of Santenay white wines. These soils, abandoned for almost a century for some, have allowed the production of wines which are now renowned among white Burgundy wines. Thanks to this specificity, Domaine Olivier is the main Santenay white wine grower.
